Overview
Oplu is leading the search for a Fund Operations Associate for a single-family office.
The Associate works alongside the Finance Manager across fund operations, payments, investment documentation and entity administration. This is an operations role, not an investment role. It suits someone who wants a long-term career in fund and family office operations rather than a route into investing.
The role calls for 2–5 years' experience in fund administration, portfolio or asset management operations, audit, banking operations, or a family office.
Turkish language is essential. Candidates must have the existing right to work in their base country. No visa sponsorship is offered.
The Opportunity
The family office holds a broad portfolio of private equity and venture capital fund commitments and direct investments, alongside hedge fund and public market holdings, with US and Cayman structuring.
The investment team has a defined remit. Everything outside it sits with finance operations: capital calls, subscriptions and redemptions, payments, KYC, documentation, portfolio data, and the administration behind new entities and bank accounts.
The Associate and the Finance Manager share this workload. There is no fixed split. Work goes where the volume is.
The team is small and fully remote. The role suits someone who takes ownership of whatever needs doing, including areas of overlapping responsibility, and sees it through. Confidentiality is fundamental.
